Almost all based on marketing case studies. I didn't take consumer behavior (the alternative to this class), but I thought marketing management was better than some of the theory-heavy business classes. Prof. Gallagher is skilled at guiding discussions and brings fun, albeit quirky, energy to each class. Fair and reasonable, with one notable exception: requiring that written work pass an online reading-ease test (sentences can't be too long, words can't have too many syllables, etc.). This is well-intentioned, but complying with the high "readability" threshold is time-consuming and stressful. However, a great professor overall.
