Tests are not memorization based since you get a notecard, but rather application based so MAKE SURE you really understand the content!

So much content. Very interesting class but just so so much.

Cell biology, mitosis, meiosis, ATP synthesis, DNA, RNA, lipids, genes, cell organs.

Professor kinda blew through the material in lecture. Hard to take notes fast enough so go watch lecture videos. The professor would talk for most of the class and then leave you with 5-10 minutes for the worksheet sometimes.

Read the text book and take notes, very important if you wanna understand what’s going on in class. Watch lecture videos if you want the information more condensed. Study HARD for the midterm and final. There is just so much stuff to go over so start early. The average score for our midterm was a 71% and the final exam was a 69%. First half of class is easier than second half. It’s not an easy class but you can do it if you put the work in to understanding everything. Also do as much extra credit as you can!!! Make a good notecard for the exams.
