I can judge the importance of the course because the instructor refused to teach it how the course was laid out to be done. The material that Failor presented was not well put together and lacked actual creditability.

The validity of the course should really be in question if it is able to be counted as a creditable course the way the instructor has made her own choices for the direction of the course. The instructor made many comments that "the university couldn't fire her for going rough"

The lack of ethics this instructor has shown is very questionable given the other aspects of her work in the social work profession. She made numerous comments that the people in her office got upset with her ability to follow directions and standards that were set. Failor: "I refuse to teach a diversity 101 course."

I wish I was able to find more information regarding the character of the instructor.
