The course was easy and helpful to pass the ServSafe exam.

Professor often didn't finish the material in time and would get off topic easily. However, he was very dedicated to our understanding of the subject and did his best to make sure we all passed the test.

Study for the ServSafe outside of what is spoken about in class (there are several free resources online). Take the practice quizzes to see how things are structured and take the time to review what you don't know.

Relatively easy, but unexciting. Helpful for passing the ServSafe management exam.
