An interesting concept for a course that is ruined by the way it is structured.

The content of the class is about development of products with the end user in mind. A lot of this class is common sense, and I did not learn much.

The professor was helpful sometimes, and very unhelpful other times.

This class has a massive workload that does not correlate to what you are actually learning, which is not a lot. Only take this class if you are incredibly interested, if you have just a slight interest it is not worth it at all.
