I loved this course! I had this class every Tuesday for the 16-week semester. We learned general information about the Hospitality Industry, including reading a book called "Setting the Table", how big Hotels such as Marriott and Hyatt got their start, cover introduction ideas to hospitality. The best part of this course and the main takeaway I had from this course was the business professionals who came and spoke to us almost every other Tuesday about their experience and how they came to be in the position they are in. Some of these speakers included the CEO of Marriott, the CEO of Cedar Fair Amusement Parks, and many more. The content is an Intro to HTM. It was very helpful.

He was great! I have him currently for another course and though he calls out the students when they are not expecting it, it helps them engage in the content.

I wish I knew I needed to buy more professional outfits.
