This is a boring class (not the fault of the professor) for everyone but construction management students.

It will be useful for some small things in senior design and for construction management students. Ultimately, for most, it will not be very useful.

Passionate and caring, though she did have the tendency to overload us with work. There was one week where we had four assignments due. I probably spent 30 hours on the class that week. It was followed the next week by an exam. It was too much.

Pray for a good group. There's a semester long group project and a good group is key. Sogand is a decent professor, but it may be worth looking into someone else teaching it, since I doubt they'd assign as much as Sogand did. If you do get her, she'll say you need a textbook... but you really don't. You can find it online for free.
