I loved taking this class! the courseload is SUPER manageable and the work is easy. It's near the end of the semester and I've done 2 written assignments, one midterm, and a small 2-page paper and I have maybe another assignment and a final left to do. The work is pretty easy as long as you put effort into it. Attendance isn't strict but it's greatly encouraged since she usually tells you viable information that can help you on tests and assignments.

I think for a basic major requirement it's pretty helpful information, I personally don't major in Art History but I think most of the information was pretty interesting. For an Art History major, she says a lot of information on each piece of artwork in every lecture so if you wanna take notes you can do that. I take notes on the basic info on most of the artwork that's talked about in class and I have an A+ at the moment. You don't have to take notes in this class, But if you want to stay on top of any or all information then I'd say taking notes is pretty important. You also need your notes to help you out on the midterm since there's no real study guide she gives you.

Ms. Pilliod is such a great professor, an Extremely kind and caring woman and she loves to teach her students. She makes her lectures interesting and is not boring at all. She Is very knowledgeable in what she teaches. She can also extend deadlines and try to help you with anything you need. For me, I couldn't make it to the midterm exam due to a personal issue that I was dealing with that day. She decided to make a "makeup" midterm for both me and anyone else that missed the original exam which I thought was extraordinary. I ended up passing the exam with flying colors and I really appreciate that she did that for me and my classmates. Shes also pretty funny and an overall amazing professor :)

Nothing really, This course is pretty simple, straight to the point and is very manageable and fun
