Best course you can take in SJSU's CMPE Undergrad program. Preet will take your computer engineering skills to the next level. You should only take this class with Preet if you want to improve. It is not an easy class.

FreeRTOS concepts which are super useful. All interviews I've had and landed jobs at had asked about RTOS concepts (Priority Inversion, Context Switche, Semaphore, Mutex, etc.). You also learn about some communication protocols, mainly SPI, UART, and I2C (which may also be asked in interviews).

Many have stated to avoid Preet, but they are either not passionate about Computer Engineering (and want to pursue higher level software development) or they just don't want to push themselves to the next level. He cares about his students 100%
