LOVE IT. Its once a week and we always get out early. It may say 2.5 hours but we are rarely there past 2hs. The hw is 50% of your grade but takes like an hour to do each week (which is nothing). the other 50% is a short essay and then a presentation both easy and simple.

each week you get articles (1-3) to read and write a short summary of them hen write down two questions per article. Class is half lecture other half is group discussion based on your questions. Small class so everyone participates at least to say your questions but its alright if that's all you say.

He's very nice. He fosters discussion and the class is very low stress. He doesn't use blackboard and instead emails you assignments. His lectures are a little boring but he clearly likes what he's teaching. The discussions are the highlight but he's a great teacher and moderator.

Be prepared to speak and participate but not in a scary way.
