Same as Dsci 100.
Very useful, allows you to view the world and think from an inferential stat point of view.
Fairly nice guy.
Make sure you brush up on DSCI 100 knowledge and intro statistics knowledge (STAT 200 or equivalent). This course is just a blend of the two and does not go any deeper. Most people struggle with the understanding the STAT 200 part. Once you understand the statistics principles, the code is not that hard.

very similar to DSCI 100. the grading rubric and everything are exactly the same. found the exams to be much easier than the tutorials and the worksheets. tests are open book
the material got kinda difficult in the end and anything was rarely explained properly.
very disorganized and kinda bad at explaining stuff, but he's a nice guy

(Took it in the first 201 offering so the class may have changed) Course was a bit rushed in the final assignments, but otherwise is pretty identical to DSCI 100 in terms of workload and just about everything. Useful topics to learn about if you are interested in data science or statistics. Recommend to take stat 200 beforehand, as some of the topics just had some assumed knowledge that caused me to fall behind and be confused (read: ANOVA) on how they worked.
