Ctrl + F course Very organized content, but I wish we had a more practical experience
Very useful and relative towards a practicing Kinesiologist
Very professional, kind, helpful.
Final exam is non-cumulative and the exams/quizzes are online. However, the content can be from the lecture videos so make sure you watch the videos and write down what she says.

The course is what you make of it. If you want an easy A, the option is here with little effort. If you would like to learn about the mechanisms of injury and methods of prevention, this course contains lots of information that will carry over for those looking to seek a job in kinesiology and athletic training. Anne provides so many resources and is so approachable when it comes to questions about the content. Great course, awesome professor, would reccomend!
If the course is still provided online, Control/Command + F will be your best friend for the quizzes and exams.

The course itself was pretty memorization heavy however take it with Dr. Lasinsky if possible she’s super clear with her expectations. The biggest piece of advice I would give is use online tools like the UBC Radiological atlas because it helps you visualize the different bone/muscle viewpoints better
