Super easy class. 5 reading responses, wikipedia project, and take home final which you got a week to do. She just looks at it quickly and gives a mark. So do the assignments properly and on topic but don't grind too hard.

This is a good class for arts students to fulfill their literature credits.

Lectures are random facts read off a script, but sometimes can be good reminders. I don't take notes, but I listen with one ear on a good day or just do something else. Attendance is mandatory. This is more of a reading course, where there's three monthly readings from different textbooks. From a list of about 3-5 chapters, we're expected to read and write about 2 and connect them to outside sources/topics of our choice. A broad class (that people would say is too vague), but it just meant there were many good ways to approach it
