Pointless unless you want to do research. Can be interesting at times and unbearably uninteresting at others.

Poor teaching abilities, but she is very nice as a person. Struggles to communicate content clearly.

Be ready for poorly worded questions on exams and low class average. The prof has her understanding of the content and communicates it poorly, so you go into the exam often thinking you understand it only to find out she understands it completely differently. My advice, talk with her lots to get an idea of what she means about stuff in lecture, because in lecture she doesn't make it clear. Also talk to her and seek help for the research paper early. You use a weird website that's hard to figure out and she has really specific ideas for how she wants the paper to be written yet the rubric is very vague. In short, communicate lots with this prof/TAs otherwise you'll struggle to get above the low class avg.
