Professor Christopoulos is simply one of kindest, understanding, and accommodating professors I have had in my 4 years at UBC. His transition to teaching online through zoom was smooth and the whole class appreciated his hard work. The breakdown of the course was as follows: Personal Chat 5%, Participation (either verbal or through zoom chat log) 15%, Group Note Taking Assignment (not as annoying as it may sound, good topic selection) 30%, Research Paper 25%, Take-Home Final 25%.

Do the weekly readings and you will be fine in this course. Slides and lectures are posted online, so do not worry about taking notes in class, just participate and soak in the knowledge.
