There are a lot of people complaining about this course being extremely unreasonable. But for me personally, I found it alright! Nevertheless, math 102 was definitely a lot more challenging than math in high school, and even AP calculus. But one good thing is the exams were very similar in difficulty to past exams (which you can find on math wiki), and you can use webwork to perform numerical calculations (which is arguably an advantage because in many previous years, calculators weren’t even allowed for in-person exams).
My advice is to do the homework assignments, but also you MUST do the textbook questions to succeed in the course! The questions on exams are NOT like the homework (webwork assignments); they are a lot more like the textbook questions (in terms of difficulty). Also, do all of the exams from previous years under exam conditions, and go over all of your mistakes. If you do all this, you should be good.
