The class was in-depth and satisfying with exams that match the homework and content reasonably well.
The class goes more in depth from Vibrations 1, looking at two degree of freedom based mass/spring systems, root loci, and frequency/phases and how to graph them based on equations.
The professor is very good at explaining concepts though the lectures can become dry.

Vibes and Controls 2. Delves deeper into both sections and requires a fair understanding of EML 4225 material for any chance at success. Tests are similar to material gone over in class and homework. His homework are graded harshly so you can't half-ass them if you want a good grade on them.
Practice the homework problems until you get them, same goes for the lecture questions. The first test requires a good understanding of vibrations, the second a mix bag, and the final controls. All three tests are difficult, but like anything in this major you do enough practice problems and you'll succeed. Tuhin's lectures are not mandatory, but he is amazing at explaining the material. The one hour lecture is worth hours of solo studying. The final is worth nearly half your grade so know your bode plots! All of the tests are difficult, but SIMILAR to his lecture problems.
