I enjoyed Dr. Castellano's class because he was easily accessible for questions. His notes were very clear. However, I realized I didn't want to be a chemist after encountering orgo. The homework is helpful, but you'll need more practice than that. Practice exams were helpful. He curves.
Naming but you have to teach that part to yourself to cover other material, stereoisomers, chirality, Sn1/Sn2/E1/E2 reactions, kinetic vs thermodynamic product, acidity and basicity, synthesis
Dr. Castellano was a nice professor. He made jokes occasionally and showed us real world applications of some of the things we were learning. He was very engaging.
If you're going to take orgo, start trying to teach yourself as much as you can before you have the class so you can focus attention on the harder things.

Well-formatted and presented in an interesting way with links to other fields.
Basic nomenclature, stereochemistry, reactions, mechanisms, and synthesis
Dr. Castellano presents most topics very clearly in lecture and is helpful after class asking questions.
Do as many practice problems as possible before the exams and make sure you understand what you get wrong and why it was wrong to not make the same mistake. Also get help from the TAs during office hours

Curves well
Do all the practice problems in Wiley plus for the quizzes, and fully understand the practice exam for the exams.
