This course is extremely easy. You’ve got 4 Exams (lowest one is drop), no final, 3 assignments, and 10 quizzes (lowest is dropped). There are quizlets for all the quizzes and exams for the class so you can get by without watching the long lectures and just study those before the exams. Only downside is the exams are on that virus honorlock.

This class is extremely easy. The 4 exams are open note and you have access to the powerpoint slides from the lessons during the exam. You can get by with minimal studying for the exams. The 3 assignments are not difficult at all and each one can be finished in under an hour. This class has a minimal workload and is super easy.

The course content was interesting and was a good introduction into food science.

Easiest science class! Video lectures are a bit boring (only because she is monotone) but its basic info everyone might already have some understanding of. Only 4 exams 11 quizzes and 3 assignments: One is a simple essay; the other is a video of you explaining a nutrition facts panel to a friend (plenty of examples on YouTube of past students) and the third one is a peer review for someone else's video project on the nutrient facts panel. The quizzes and tests are easy!! I got a 99% in the class.

I learned a lot in this course about entry level things about the food science industry. This course is best suited for food science or agriculture majors or people who just want an easy science credit

Didn't really matter because I never interacted with her. Meh lecture videos but you can learn if you are actually interested in this
