The course is attendance-heavy. He does random attendance days which wasn't an issue for me. There are 3 (I think) required readings, and 2 written essays including a group project that should be due sometime before thanksgiving break. HIs exams are extremely lecture specific including questions on specific things he shows/says in class.

Luis was a great instructor and I think the class is super important for all UG students
