Prof: Sonia Singh / Fall 2022
Dec 10, 2022
There was a lot of information to learn, but it is very doable if you put in the time. Professor Singh gave us optional homework problems out of the textbook to prepare us for exams. Exams were very fair and never as hard as they could be, but there was absolutely no multiple choice, so there's very little you could get away with guessing on. Partial credit is awarded on exams if you show your work. There was a curve at the end of the semester.
Basically just went into massive depth and expanded on the concepts learned in ACG2021 and ACG2071.
Professor Singh is really great. She is very organized and knowledgeable, and she goes very in depth in her lectures, so I was rarely left with questions. She is also very nice and approachable. My only criticism is that her pre-class lectures can only be watched on a max of 1x speed, and she talks really slowly. It can be hard to sit through an hour+ lecture without the luxury of at least 1.25x.

Professor Singh provides a great study guide, so it was easy for me to avoid this. I tried to do the textbook readings at first, but I found that they just ate up to...read more
