Prof: Joseph Stenaka / Spring 2025
Mar 2, 2025
It was a fun course.
I enjoy the CTF and team building.
Professor Stenaka was excessively strict about project requirements, deducting points for missing references even though that was not mentioned in the instructions, guidance, syllabus, or rubric. Additionally, he seemed to lack trust in students' ability to complete challenges, despite having the "Check Answer" feature to confirm completion. His grading was reasonable, and he was far less engaged compared to my other professors.
Put references on the first project even though it doesn't mention it anywhere. You will lose points.

Prof: Trayvone Blake / Fall 2024
Dec 6, 2024
I gained significant knowledge about using routers and switches in Packet Tracer and would definitely enroll in another class taught by Professor Blake.
As for the discussions, they were straightforward—you only need to respond to 2 out of the 4 or 5 provided questions. The exam is straightforward, and you have the opportunity to retake it multiple times.
Professor Blake is an outstanding instructor. He grades assignments promptly, offers insightful feedback, and maintains excellent communication when you have questions or reach out via email.
Be sure to carefully review the assignments, especially the projects.
