This class is more Business than Psychology related. The very first day he said he changed the name because no one would sign up for the class (pretty obvious why). I took it as the only open distribution C course and it was incredibly boring. SOOO much information on the study guides that prep you for the essay questions but only about 10 of the 100 questions are on the exams. The exams are pretty much your entire grade. Psychology based in the workplace. Less about psychology and more about how the workplace runs.
Professor is super nice and knowledgeable. Would use a lot of his own research in his lectures to support information presented instead of other research which I think is kind of bias.
Be prepared to study more than you think and know how to study effectively!!

Overall i enjoyed the class, the lectures are interesting and I think Nathan is an interesting guy. The course is really slow until the midterm/final since there are little to no assignments, but the study guides are LENGTHY. Plus, to do well on the exams, you need to know virtually everything on the study guides.
I-O psych, introduction to a bunch of topics
