Terrible. Quizzes are 10-15 questions, 10-15 minutes and short answer. It is so stressful & if you get something wrong he criticizes you for it. There are 2-3 one hour lectures to watch and take notes on weekly. A midterm and a final - MC, short answer (save your quizzes), as well as essay questions. There are ten one-page papers and one final research paper. Depends on if you like writing if that is hard or not. This class is unnecessarily hard/a lot of work.
I loved the course content. I still talk about it today when situations come up.
I will say, he is very responsive and he cares that you are trying, however, he leaves rude comments if you get answers wrong on the quiz, which is disheartening and discouraging. You can tell me I got it wrong without the commentary.
If you have the misfortune of taking him, do not take his comments seriously. He's mean for no reason! Call him out if he does this to you! Type out your notes so you can CTR+Find during quizzes and tests.
