This course is super fun. Real easy. Doctor Miller is a great teacher and gives interesting lectures. But you gotta go to the lectures to get the info. There's only like, 3 assignments in the whole class and 2 exams I believe. But it's all cakewalk. The hardest part is not forgetting to do the assignments. Great class, would highly recommend.

History of rock n roll. It's pretty simple. I'm already really into rock music so it wasn't that difficult for me to digest it all. Just go to the lectures and get the goods. It's as simple as that. I personally didn't need to take notes but it would not be a bad idea to if you aren't too music savvy.

Miller is great. Dude loves music and you can tell. Real passionate prof. Go talk to him about whatever band after the lecture. He's also real forgiving. I forgot to do an assignment and he just told me to email it to him. Full credit. He's a real one.

Don't buy the $50 textbook. Didn't need it at all. I got past the class fine without buying it. There's no HW attached to it or nothing.
