Pretty boring stuff, to be honest. Then again, I'm not majoring in soil, so that probably explains that. Lectures are pretty boring. She posts all the links to all the assignments/lecture slides/etc. all in one post on Canvas. There are weekly quizzes that are hit or miss because they're timed. The exams are through Canvas and therefore open book and open note, open all day, and don't have a time limit. Most questions are on Quizlet or Chegg or are just walking through a soil survey site.
Not much. It's... it's soil...
Catherine is kinda boring. It's a lot easier if you can manage to get enough caffeine in your system to actually focus on the lecture; this isn't something you can pick up just by listening while doing hw for another class.
It's easier if you go to class and take a few notes. I have pages and pages and pages of notes from the first month of class and then... I referred to them maybe twice during the exam.
