It was a course on food. Where it comes from, how modern science understands it, how its grown, the traditional and industrial processes we apply to it, and how our relationship with food has changed throughout history to the present day.

Very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, always willing to work with the students to help them succeed in the course.

Just go to lecture and pay attention.
