Really helpful but pretty dense, especially if math isn't your strong suit

Course content was very useful if doing any sort of statistical analysis in your professional life. Like I said, though, it's pretty dense so it can get pretty hairy. None of the textbooks are required.

Professor is insanely smart but a little unorganized when it comes to the lectures, so showing up/paying attention is crucial.

1. Pay attention to the lectures as he presents them. He posts the slides online after class but frequently has sections where he says "none of this is important" or "only this specific part is necessary", so if you try and just go off the slides you could be overexerting yourself. 2. Do the quizzes as soon as possible after the class (usually posts them that night or the next morning) so the content is still fresh in your mind.
