This course is super interesting if you are interested in environmental issues or societal issues at all. Class is very student driven and the professor will make you learn something new.

Every class has a reading response due by the time you get to class. Usually interesting and not too difficult to get the 400-450ish word count. The class discussion is about what the article was covering. No final exam for the class.

The professor isn’t here to waste your time. She knows what she is talking about and is very passionate about the content. Understands how depressing Environmental issues can be and often attempts to make it less depressing.

Prepare to read a lot and to talk in class a lot
