Good class, great professor, didn't stop accounting from being a boring thing the learn.

Basic accounting concepts: debits and credits, using T-accounts, balancing and closing out ledgers, evaluating different types of businesses using prepared financial documents. If you plan to work in business this is a must have course. If you plan on anything else, I still recommend it but any further accounting is a waste.

Professor was more than aware that despite how useful it is accounting is very boring to learn. Made the concept very straight forward to learn and always offered extra help. Was willing to change the weight of earlier tests if you struggled at the beginning of the class.

Make sure to take all quizzes and do all projects even though he drops one of each, many questions on exam are based on the questions in those assignments.
