We did fruit tasting. It had a couple guest speakers: one from a a corporate beer brewery and one from a local coffee roastery; both were UCR alumni. We got to graft citrus. I learned what Crisco is made out of and why Pringles taste so good!! I won an informal quiz and got to take home a "hand of buddha" mutated citron fruit!
