This was the easiest course I've ever taken at URI. People may get intimidates with the word "biotechnology" in the title but you really don't need to be a stem major to get an A in this class. Dr. Kausch is such a chill guy, all of the quiz and test questions/ answers come directly from the study guide and they're all taken in class on brightspace. The lectures are a little long but the information is actually pretty interesting and its all worth it for the GPA boost that this class gives you

It was over all useful and interesting. It talked about a lot of current issues and advancements in science, and was over all easy to comprehend

Albert Kausch is an awesome guy, he just wants everybody to succeed and he is super lenient and helpful. He understands that people have things going on outside of school and can be super accommodating. I definitely recommend taking a class with him while at URI

I wish I took it sooner!
