One of the best classes at URI. Not only is it super interesting, but it's also super easy for an upper level biology class. Even though it's a relatively easy class, you still learn a lot. I definitely recommend it for anybody who needs to fulfill any biology requirements

It kind of gives you a run down on everything you need to know about elasmobranchs. Its very interesting and the professor is a cool guy

Dr. Wetherbee is the BEST! He is such a cool guy and he really knows a lot about sharks. Once you understand his dry humor he'll become your favorite professor. He's a very easy grader and his class is straight forward.

I wish I took it sooner so I would know to take more classes with Dr. Wetherbee
